Steven is easy to talk to, very resourceful and able to find those gold nuggets hidden deep in one's psyche. I have worked with him a few times and most recently when my son needed college career counseling. Steven was flexible to accommodate our tight schedule, caring and overly generous with his time. It was a genuine pleasure working with him again and I highly recommend him.
I have known Dr. Rodriguez since long before he created EPIC Career. His approach has guided many people in the right direction to fulfilling careers. However, since I already knew my Myers-Briggs personality type and have been happy with my career I was not sure if his services would be helpful to me.
I learned the time and cost involved is minimal compared to the one-on-one interaction and very specific knowledge provided. It was quite revealing for me to see how my personality type influences the way I react, make decisions and interact with others. I now have greater understanding about common sources of conflict with other personality types (You J’s are an enigma to me). I also have insight on how to leverage those traits in the business world as well as my private life.
Unless you are perfectly happy in your career and have no personality conflicts to deal with, you owe it to yourself to make the small investment in time and money to learn more about yourself.
I highly recommend Dr. Steven Rodriguez for his work in EPIC Career. My 17 year old granddaughter took his assessments and met with him for results analysis. What came out of this exercise was a young person whose feelings were validated, a mother who understood her daughter so much more, and both feeling with her personality, she is "going to be so successful that none of us have to worry anymore!”

I wanted to thank you for all the assistance you provided me with. I feel like our discussion truly cleared out a lot of the pressure I was having at the time. Dr. Rodriguez was instrumental in my career direction. He deftly used the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, along with insightful questions, and a sincere interest to help me identify careers fields that match my interest and skills and avoid those that would lead to frustration and wasted time. As an added benefit the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® assessment helped me to better understand my personality type and relate to people whose personality types are different.
