What to expect of the consultation We will discuss your interests, skills and talents (including academic and other work experiences) that you have and have not enjoyed. Throughout the meeting, we will weave in explanation of the assessment results as academic success or career plan gradually emerges from the discussion. In the end, a plan of action will develop including practical daily parenting or teaching strategies for your child, college/university choice planning as deemed necessary, issues to consider in course planning, and ways that you can brand yourself and professionally network into your new career. Basically, we will generate a plan of short-term and long-term goals based on strongly supported research findings to put you on a path to an enjoyable and satisfying career that you can be proud of for a lifetime – an EPIC Career! Teens through executives, gain a complete understanding of what others just like you have for decades reported to be optimal career fields, leadership preferences, work-related values, settings and tasks. Additionally, SII/MBTI combined results will illuminate how you can enhance learning strategies, interpersonal communication, problem solving and conflict resolution toward optimizing relationships in all contexts, including as a student and in the workplace.

Enhance your parenting by developing a deeper understanding of your child's natural personality preferences. Reports offer parenting strategies and teaching strategies for your child's teacher. Your child will develop confidence by learning how best to approach school assignments for academic success. The included career report will inform extra-curricular and college planning by helping you and your child create a vision of how your child's strengths relate to future career success.

Now that you have begun developing a thorough understanding of your talents, continue refining how to apply this knowledge in academic and career settings. Topics may include academic success or parenting strategies, college/university application assistance, resume critique, interview preparation, networking strategies or other related services. Sessions may involve various family members or school personnel as mutually agreed upon. Purchase multiple of these as needed.
1 hour of follow-up consultation after completion of one of the other assessment packages
